Risograph S Animation
This experimental motion piece explored the intersection of analog print processes and digital animation. The project began as a digitally designed animation, which was then separated into individual color contact sheets and printed on a risograph printer using two ink layers. Each printed frame was scanned and reassembled in Adobe After Effects, resulting in a final animation that combines tactile print textures with motion design. The project was created as an exploration of process-driven design, print production, and hybrid animation techniques.
Onion Discovers Water: Animated Short Story
This frame-by-frame animated short explores visual storytelling through the everyday antics of Onion, a cat fascinated by running water. Created as an exercise in timing, movement, and character-driven animation, the project challenged me to craft a compelling narrative within a one-minute format. Through the process, I further developed my understanding of animation principles, pacing, and expressive motion.
